Taylor Falting

Taylor is a highly dedicated and passionate solicitor that prides herself on giving honest and realistic advice to clients.

Taylor is admitted to practice in South Australia and Queensland and is also enrolled on the High Court of Australia Register.

Taylor graduated with a Bachelor of Laws from Flinders University in 2017 and a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice in 2018.

In late 2017, Taylor commenced her Practical Legal Training at Caldicott Lawyers. Following her admission to practice in 2018, she was employed as a solicitor with the firm where she remained until her departure in 2023.

Since being admitted, Taylor has practiced predominantly in the area of Criminal Law. During this time, Taylor has appeared on a variety of criminal matters in all criminal jurisdictions in South Australia. You will often find Taylor assisting Craig and other senior counsel on matters in the District Court, Supreme Court and Court of Criminal Appeal including on sentencing submissions, at trial and on appeal. These matters have ranged from complex murder cases, serious drug trafficking offences in both South Australia and New South Wales, and serious sexual offences.
